Wild Food Preservation - In this workshop we will discuss basic food preservation including pressure canning, water bath canning, inversion canning, and dehydration. We will talk about which technique should be used for a particular plant or product. After this introduction, we will then process some food using one of these methods, most likely inversion canning!
