The scholarship application period for the 2026 Midwest Women's Herbal Conference is now open! This year, we are offering two different scholarships: Diversity Scholarships, and the Kaitlin Lindsay Johnston Memorial Scholarship. Learn more & apply below.
Please note: if you are able to offer a financial contribution toward your registration fee and perform a work trade, please apply for a work exchange position and not a scholarship. For work exchange information click here.
Diversity Scholarship
As we continue to grow, we see the importance of encompassing the unique diversity that is present in the Midwest.
Scholarships are prioritized to those who demonstrate financial need and who fit one or more of the following criteria:

Women of Color

Young women under the age of 18

Elders over the age of 65
Kaitlin Lindsay Johnston Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship fund honors the memory of our sister and friend, Kaitlin Ilya Wolf (her chosen spiritual name).
Created in collaboration with her family, the scholarship supports a woman interested in walking the priestess path—someone passionate about women’s spiritual work and committed to pursuing personal growth and a spiritual journey.
