Cancellation Policy for Midwest Women's Herbal Events
For in-person events, it is our vision that all events will happen as planned. We also trust that you will be able to keep your commitment to attend.
If something changes and you are not able to attend refunds will be offered as follows:
Up to 60 days prior a refund less $50 administrative fee will be issued
30-59 days prior a refund of less $100 administrative fee will be issued
29 days prior refunds will not be issued
If circumstances prevent us from holding a conference in person, we will refund 1/2 of your registration which will basically refund, your meals and lodging. And we will apply the balance to either a future event, in-person, virtual, or audio/digital program from our store. This will be equivalent to the dollar amount of your balance.
You can transfer your registration to another woman at any time. You will need to identify the person and let us know who it will be. We are not able to assist in identifying a person, but can always apply your registration to the scholarship fund if you choose.
