This is a foundations workshop for those wanting an overview of herbalism. Linda will introduce the focus of herbal work as well as some of the most common plants enlisted by herbalists. Approaches to preparing these plants will be discussed and samples provided. An herb walk will be a part of this session as well. Participants will leave feeling connected to the plants and with a starting point for their herbal path.
