Fruiting Fungus Life Cycle | Gabriela D'Elia

Fruiting Fungus Life Cycle | Gabriela D'Elia

Fungi, animated inhabitants of above and below, have long been by our side, reflecting our capacity for regeneration, inquiry, embodiment, and soul-fullness. Fungi have accompanied human life on this planet to a degree that rivals the moon's fellowship. In this presentation we will discuss the intimate similarities between our beloved moon and our dear fungi. Along the way we will uncover some cosmic related ethnomycology as well as how the mushroom life cycle reflects the moon's cycle and why an awareness of larger cycles can be healing.
