Botany, Illustrated - Learn botanical identification terminology by observing, dissecting, then drawing flowers and leaves. Utilizing local plants, we will explore patterns and family characteristics to create pattern recognition sheets that serve as templates for continued self study and creative exploration. Focusing on field botany, we will walk a little, and stop often. Please bring a journal (unlined pages preferred), and appropriate clothing and footwear to both sit, and walk.
