Audio Recording from 2019 Mycelium Mysteries Live Event with Barbara Ching.

Mushroom teas, broths, and textures -The easiest and sometimes the only way to take in the healing and delicious qualities of mushrooms is by starting with dried mushrooms. Rehydrating gives you a tasty liquid (that you might call tea or broth) but you can create something even better when you take some simple steps to improve the texture of the liquid. We'll work with creams, syrups, and other healthy add-ins to make some amazing sipping potions.
